Order,Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Youā€™ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

For expedited FedEx service, the order must be placed by 11:00 AM CT/Noon PM ET (orders placed on a holiday or other non-business day will be processed and shipped the next business day).

Occasionally, we may offer Free Shipping; those offers are subject to the terms and conditions of that offer, and those shipments will ship with our preferred carrier to addresses within the contiguous U.S. only.Ā 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, your satisfaction is our top priority!Ā  If you have any problems, questions, or wish to return an item, please let us know by calling Customer Service atĀ 855-500-8337Ā or by emailingĀ Please include your Sales Order number, PO Number, or Pack Slip number.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Unless noted otherwise at the time you place your order, our brands ships all items within two business days of receiving an order.

What happens if one of the products I ordered is missing or damaged merchandise?

We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please call directly Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship international or outside the United States?

Yes, orders from outside of the 48 continental United States shipments are shipped via USPS.

What payment methods can I use to place an order?

When placing an order at you may use the following payment methods: Discover, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo, and PayPal.Ā  We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment. We accept credit cards only from countries to which we ship.
